I joined Hilti as Head of Supply based on my Supply Chain history with my previous company Procter & Gamble. While I knew the Hilti product brand I was not aware of the strong employer brand. I actually engaged with Hilti because I liked the high passion for people and people development, the fact that Hilti is privately owned and incredibly successful and the attractive location in the mountains for somebody who loves outdoor activities. In addition I enjoy working for a brand with high reputation and being a physicist the technical dimension of the products. After 10 years I still can full hearted confirm all of them.  

I am especially excited about the opportunity to develop myself from a line management function in Supply into HR. In addition the company provided me with an market assignment a great experience to explore the direct sales dimension of our business model. 

Coming back to the headquarter my current global role as member of the global HR team provides fantastic challenges on business, people, HR initiatives and projects in a truly international environment.
